However, delivery may take longer depending on your location. All packages are shipped through the USPS and have a tracking number. NOTE: Packages will take longer during the holiday season, so please, allow for extra time to ensure you receive your items in time for the holidays. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to return it. The item must be in new condition to receive the purchase amount. The returned item must have proof of purchase to qualify. Once your item is received, it will be inspected, and you will be notified immediately. After your item is inspected and approval granted, we will initiate a refund on your credit card or method of payment. The approved credit will show in about 3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Nothing matters more than your satisfaction.
